Return & Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION - No Show -POLICY
We value and respect all of our clients' time and schedules, which is why we ask to kindly call 24 hrs in advance to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in 75% of services scheduled.
Late Policy
Late fee: If a Client is 15 minutes late or more it may affect appointment efficiency and ability to complete the desired service and may result in needing to reschedule appointment, If this is the case, there will be $ 25 rebooking fee per service missed or scheduled.

Please call in advance if they will be running late so the stylist can better assist and confirm if there is still time to complete their service and will provide the best case option.
SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY:
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and your stylist will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
Should you make a retail purchase and would like to return: we offer a full credit refund for 30 days from your initial purchase. Products must be sealed and unused.

What to expect day of...
Salt of the Earth is located at 486 Main Street, Warren, RI. There is plenty of public parking along Main Street, Joyce Ave, in addition to the municipal parking lot behind town hall or along the bike path.
When you arrive, we will begin with a thorough consultation. Whether it is time for a change or to enhance your current look, we will help you choose the right path for you and your lifestyle. Styling tips and tricks are always shared whether you are here for color, cut, or both. Extended styling lessons are available upon request. Once your hair plan is in place, it's time to relax and unwind.

After we perfect your look, we will conclude your appointment with recommendations for home care and when to follow up for your next service.
